Return the completed form to the Armstrong Spallumcheen Chamber of Commerce to be eligible for the early bird prize, or bring it with you on event day and give it to Weigh-In Coordinator Mike Paul.
Prizes
- Adult Champion: $500
- Junior Champion — under 12: $100
Weigh-in day details
- 9:00 to 11:00 AM: Pumpkin weigh-in
- 11:00 AM: Winner announced
- Bring your crew: Growers must provide their own help to move pumpkins.
- We do the weighing: Harvest Pumpkin Festival volunteers will weigh and record each pumpkin.
- 12:00 to 2:00 PM: Pumpkins will remain on display for the public to admire.
Entrants must certify that they are the grower of the pumpkin they enter.
Photos and promotion
The Great Pumpkin Weigh-In may use photographs, stories about entries, and the entries themselves for festival publicity and promotional purposes.
