Mark Wehner

I am a lifelong resident of Armstrong and have enjoyed serving on Council as a way to give back to the community that has supported me throughout my life and career. It would be a privilege to continue serving Armstrong as a City Councillor.

I currently work as Temporary Manager of Finance with our local School District, following more than 20 years with the District in Information Technology. I am also proud to have served for over 16 years as a Paid-on-Call Firefighter with the Armstrong Spallumcheen Fire Department, including four years as a Fire Captain.

I care deeply about the character and sense of community that make Armstrong a great place to live. I am committed to fiscal responsibility, maintaining and investing in our city’s infrastructure, and making thoughtful decisions that will help ensure Armstrong remains a healthy, resilient, and thriving community for future generations.
